www.edutest.pk (the “Website”, “Platform”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is an independent online educational resource created to assist students preparing for board examinations (BISE, FBISE, etc.), university entry tests (MDCAT, ECAT, NET, etc.), job tests, and other competitive assessments in Pakistan.

All content including — but not limited to — past papers, solved papers, mock tests, MCQs, practice questions, model answers, study notes, video explanations, syllabus breakdowns and any other learning material is provided strictly for informational, educational and self-study purposes only.

EduTest.pk is not an official examination conducting body, nor is it affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to any Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISE), Federal Board, KPK Board, Punjab Textbook Board, Sindh Textbook Board, Aga Khan University Examination Board, university admission authorities, NTS, or any other government or private examination entity.

2. No Warranty — Accuracy & Timeliness of Content

We strive to provide high-quality, helpful and reasonably accurate study resources. However, we make NO WARRANTIES, express or implied, regarding:

  • the accuracy, completeness, currency, reliability or suitability of any content
  • absence of errors, typos, outdated information or formatting issues
  • whether reproduced past papers, keys or schemes exactly match the official version
  • whether syllabi, paper patterns or weightage tables reflect the very latest changes announced by boards/universities

Students and users must always cross-verify important information (especially dates, syllabus changes, official keys, marking policy) directly from the relevant board/university/exam-conducting authority’s official website or notification.

3. No Guarantee of Examination Success or Specific Results

USING ANY MATERIAL, TEST, QUESTION BANK OR RESOURCE FROM EDUTEST.PK DOES NOT GUARANTEE
ANY SPECIFIC SCORE, GRADE, PERCENTAGE, PASSING STATUS, RANK OR ADMISSION.

Success in examinations depends on numerous factors including (but not limited to):

  • individual effort, consistency and conceptual understanding
  • actual examination-day performance and conditions
  • question difficulty variation year to year
  • official marking schemes and leniency/strictness applied by examiners
  • competition level and number of candidates

EduTest.pk and its team shall bear no responsibility for any result, merit position, selection or rejection outcome.

4. Third-Party Links & Embedded Content

The Website may contain hyperlinks to external websites, YouTube videos, PDFs hosted elsewhere, Google Drive links, or resources owned by third parties.

We do not control, review, endorse or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy practices, availability or security of any third-party site or resource. Accessing them is entirely at your own risk.

5. User-Generated Content — Ratings, Comments, Answers

Any ratings, reviews, comments, forum posts, shared answers, uploaded files or other user-contributed material (“User Content”) represents only the personal opinion of the individual contributor and does not reflect the views, position or guarantee of EduTest.pk.

We do not pre-screen, actively moderate or verify the correctness of User Content. We disclaim all liability for any inaccurate, misleading, offensive, defamatory, unlawful or otherwise inappropriate material posted by users.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Pakistani law and international law principles applicable to online educational platforms, EduTest.pk, its founders, developers, content creators, moderators, hosting providers and affiliates shall NOT be liable for any:

  • direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages
  • loss of data, profits, goodwill, opportunity, anticipated savings
  • claims arising from reliance on any information obtained from the Website
  • technical issues, downtime, viruses, malware or security incidents

The total liability of EduTest.pk (if any) shall in no event exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for premium features during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify, add or remove portions of this Disclaimer at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the updated “Effective Date” and “Last revised” information.
